The Law Offices of M. Jonathan Hayes has been helping people with bankruptcy for 32 years. We represent business and consumer debtors and creditors in Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 and related litigation.
Our office has two attorneys, myself and Roksana D. Moradi, one Paralegal, Rosario Zubia, one full time Law Clerk, Elizabeth Massaad, and one part time law clerk, Carolyn Afari.
In addition to my bankruptcy practice, I teach at the University of West Los Angeles School of Law and write extensively. We maintain a blog, Central District Insider, and post notes on "all things bankruptcy and the Central District of California. I am certified as a bankruptcy specialist by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. I am a member of the Board of Directors of the Central District Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys Assn.

We will provide you with a questionnaire to complete, information on how to complete the required credit counseling and other important information about filing bankruptcy. We personally represent you throughout the case. We will go with you to the meeting of creditors and personally attend any hearings that might be required.
